Pre Schools Service

41 preschools are registered under Puttalam Urban Council. About 1500 students are studying in them and more than 80 female teachers are teaching. Along with this, all the schools are given an allowance of 10,000.00 rupees each by the urban council.

The education standard of all the schools is reviewed daily by the urban council officials. Its aim is to build a better academic community right from pre-school.

Also, it is worth noting that every year in the name of 'Tiny Tots', all preschool children are brought together and artistic performances are held.
